a cook's note: i noticed sometimes i forget to specify on recipe's the caliber of the ingredients. in my kitchen all olive oil is extra-virgin, all flour is unbleached {did you know there was actually peroxide in white flour??!!! would you put that in your body?? i sure don't!}, all eggs are large and all ground beef is lean. these are what the recipe's will call for unless specified in the individual recipe.
